WE ARE DEDICATING THIS RECIPE TO OUR COUSIN, EDNA, BECAUSE THIS ONE IS HER FAVORITE DISH. EDNA, EAT YOUR HEART OUT! HERE'S THE SECRET RECIPE TO THE PERFECT PASTA DISH!

INGREDIENTS

USING SIMPLE, FRESH INGREDIENTS MAKES THE BEST MEALS.

[ A LITTLE PRO-TIP: IF YOU DON'T LIKE AN INGREDIENT, CHANGE IT, SUBSTITUTE IT, ADD YOUR FAVORITE OLIVE OIL INSTEAD OF BUTTER, OPTIONS ARE ALWAYS ENDLESS! ]

OK, LETS GET TO COOKING!

FIRST, BOIL PASTA UNTIL AL-DENTE

IN A SAUCE PAN, [MEDIUM HEAT ] ADD A BIT OF OLIVE OIL AND COOK DOWN TOMATOES AND ZUCCHINI UNTIL THEY REACH DESIRED FIRMNESS. LIGHTLY SALT

ADD, IN THE SAUCE PAN, CHOPPED OREGANO, BUTTER [WE NEVER MEASURE, SO ADD AS LITTLE OR AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE!] ADD COOKED PASTA AND A FEW SPOONS OF THAT STARCHY PASTA WATER [THIS WILL HELP RELEASE SOME OF THOSE SEARED JUICES FROM THE PAN ]

NEXT ADD VEGETA, PEPPER AND MORE SALT [TO TASTE] TOSS IN FETA CHEESE CRUMBLES. ONCE THE FETA SLIGHTLY MELTS, YOUR MEAL IS READY!

(Kitchen closes one hour prior to bar close.)

Wednesday - Friday - 4pm to 10pm

Saturday - 12pm to 11pm

CLOSED: Sunday - Tuesday
